Kayla Dinh was chosen as York County Student of the Week

The votes are in, and the community has chosen Kayla Dinh as the York County Student of the Week!

Kayla, a senior at York Catholic, was a Distinguished Honor Roll student and a member of the National Honor Society. She was named All-State in Volleyball and was also involved in Lacrosse, Student Council, Spanish Club, Ping Pong Club, Stewards of the Earth Club, and Varsity Club while working a part-time job. Kayla will attend the University of Pittsburgh to study biochemistry.

She received 77.64% of the votes cast.

Congratulations to Kayla!

This will be the last student of the week for this school year, and this feature will resume in September.

Willow Hammond, a freshman at Kennard-Dale High School, is an exceptional student with great leadership potential. She is a devoted member of Student Council who cares about her school community. She shares many creative ideas to help influence a positive school environment and increase school pride.
