York County man found guilty of attempt to murder, other charges

YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)–A York County man was found guilty of attempt to murder and other charges, according to the York County District Attorney’s Office.

The district attorney’s office posted on Facebook that Charles Serio, 60, of Thomasville, was convicted by a jury on his charges on March 7.

Serios was also found guilty on charges that included three counts of aggravated assault, propelling a missile into an occupied vehicle, and recklessly endangering another person, the DA’s Office wrote.

Senior Deputy Prosecutor Elen O’Donnell and the Northern York County Regional Police Department were commended by the District Attorney for their investigation.
