York College of PA to offer tuition discount to state employees

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — York College of Pennsylvania and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania have announced a partnership to offer employees in approved commonwealth agencies a tuition discount.

The discount would be up to 15% for the college’s graduate and professional programs.

“Partnerships like this exemplify York College’s commitment to meeting the needs of our local community and region,” said York College President Thomas Burns. “It’s a win-win situation as both parties work to impact the Commonwealth positively.”

“This tuition discount puts exceptional education and professional development opportunities within reach for more of our workforce. It will allow them to grow in their careers, further excel in their public service, and provide a brighter financial future to their families,” said Pennsylvania Office of Administration Secretary Neil Weaver. “This collaboration with York College of Pennsylvania adds to the robust education benefits available to Commonwealth workers.”
