Yevpatoriya and Novofedorivka hit by series of explosions
Explosions were heard in the temporarily occupied Crimean cities of Yevpatoriya and Novofedorivka, with smoke rising over the Saky military airfield, Crimean Wind reported on Telegram on May 25.
The Saky military airfield in Novofedorivka houses Russia's 43rd Fighter Aviation Regiment, which is crucial for supporting Russian troops in southern Ukraine. This regiment is equipped with Su-24 bombers and Su-30 fighters.

Later, Crimean Wind reported residential cottages burning near Yevpatoriya, likely due to exploding gas tanks.

Explosions were also reported in Crimea on May 23, particularly in Yevpatoriya and near the Belbek airfield in Sevastopol. A total of eight explosions were heard. Sergey Aksyonov, the so-called "head" of Crimea and a traitor to Ukraine, claimed that two passers-by were killed in a missile attack in the Simferopol district.
