Yellowjackets' Ella Purnell stars in new trailer for Fallout

Fallout, an upcoming post-apocalyptic series starring Yellowjackets' Ella Purnell, will become available to stream in April.
Developed by Westworld's Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan, the show is based on the 1997 role-playing video game of the same name.
Starting streaming on April 11 (a day before its previously announced release date), Fallout stars Purnell as protagonist Lucy, a young woman who's spent all her life in a Vault meant to preserve humanity in the event of nuclear annihilation.

The series is set in an alternate history where advances in nuclear technology led to a resource war, with survivors taking refuge in Vaults and thus becoming known as Vault Dwellers.
200 years after the apocalypse, Lucy is forced to leave her sheltered existence in the Vault behind, wandering through the hostile Wasteland of what used to be Los Angeles, learning to play by the rules of this new, weird and highly violent universe.
The cast is rounded out by Walton Goggins as The Ghoul aka Cooper Howard, a mutated gunslinger and bounty hunter, and Aaron Moten as Maximus, a squire of the Brotherhood of Steel.
Twin Peaks' Kyle MacLachlan features as Hank, Lucy's father and a Vault Overseer, with And Just Like That... star Sarita Choudhury, Xelia Mendes-Jones, Mike Doyle, Moisés Arias, Johnny Pemberton, Cherien Dabis, Dale Dickey and Matty Cardarople appearing in supporting roles.

Fallout is co-created by Geneva Robertson-Dworet, known for the Tomb Raider reboot and for co-writing the script of Captain Marvel, and Graham Wagner.
Speaking previously about the show, Joy and Nolan teased the "insanely imaginative" work to bring the world of Fallout to the small screen.
"Fallout is one of the greatest game series of all time," they said in a joint statement. "Each chapter of this insanely imaginative story has cost us countless hours we could have spent with family and friends. So we're incredibly excited to partner with Todd Howard and the rest of the brilliant lunatics at Bethesda to bring this massive, subversive, and darkly funny universe to life with Amazon Studios."
Fallout will become available to stream on Prime Video on April 11.
