XNA enplanement totals exceed 1 million over 12-month span

HIGHFILL, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Northwest Arkansas National Airport says it had more than 1 million enplanements over a 12-month span.

According to a press release from the airport, from March 2023 through February 2024, it saw 1,011,204 enplanements which is the first time it has surpassed 1 million enplanements in 12 months.

Enplanements are the amount of revenued passengers that board an aircraft.

Earlier this month, the airport said it had about 991,000 enplanements in 2023.

“XNA continues to see tremendous growth and month-to-date TSA throughput numbers indicate that XNA enplanements are continuing to increase compared to 2023″s record numbers,” the release states.
