Xian Lim denies being banned by ABS-CBN

23 Aug – Xian Lim has recently denied rumours that he has been banned by the Kapamilya network.

As reported on ABS-CBN, the actor, who spoke to the media recently, stated that the rumours sparked after he missed some promotional activities of his new movie, "Miss Granny" with Sarah Geronimo and James Reid.

"People were just tagging me, but I don't know the real basis [to these rumours]," he said, adding that some of the people who were asking are fans of Geronimo and Reid.

Although he was absent from some of the promotional events, Lim said that he has actually been promoting the movies on shows like "ASAP" and "Tonight with Boy Abunda".

In a previous response to fans on Twitter, Lim said that he would be more than happy to promote the movie.

"I'm just waiting for an advice. Maybe the shows do not approve. I really don't know," he said.
