WWE TLC 2019: Matches and predictions
Survivor Series 2019 marked the continued rise of NXT, but we're back to some main roster fun and games for WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs 2019.
We're opening up all our toys a little while before Christmas, with some major belts up for grabs and all manner of mayhem planned.
WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs 2019 takes place on Sunday, December 15, at 7pm ET/4pm PT (Midnight, Sunday December 15 into Monday, December 16 in the UK) at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
A one-hour Kick-Off Show starts at 6pm ET/3pm PT (11pm in the UK).

WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship: The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Big E) (c) vs The Revival (Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder) [Ladder Match]
It's been a rollercoaster year for Kofi Kingston.
He struck out on his own and rode a wave of KofiMania to the WWE Championship, but that all disappeared with a single F-5 at the hands of Brock Lesnar.
Since that stunning defeat, he's buddied back up with The New Day, and despite Xavier Woods's serious injury, Kofi and Big E have held down the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship.
There's been a few challenges, and this isn't the first time The Revival have been in the mix.
No matter their own ups and downs, you can never count out Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder.
The Mechanics will give The New Day a hell of a fright, sure, but Kofi (and Big E) will be throwing everything at this match to finish the year on a high, and we think they'll manage it.
PREDICTION: The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Big E)
WWE Women's Tag Team Championship: Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane) (c) vs Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair [Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match]
Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair have had to learn how to get on with each other.
Flair is currently without a title (a rare occurrence for her), while WWE Raw Women's Champion Becky Lynch is trying to resurrect Two Belts Becky by picking up the tag strap for the first time.
There's also plenty of personal issues swirling around, with Becky still wanting to avenge that massive loss to Asuka at last year's Royal Rumble and Charlotte still picking bits of Green Mist out her eyes.
But Bex and Flair have two pretty big problems. The first is that Asuka and Kairi Sane are no chumps.
Even if they DO play within the rules, they've absolutely got what it takes to put down the impressive team opposite them, and have had way more experience working together as a team.
Plus, we still can't really get used to seeing Becky and Charlotte on the same team going smoothly.
The Man and The Queen don't play well with others, and that could well be their undoing.
PREDICTION: The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane)
WWE Raw Tag Team Championship: The Viking Raiders (Erik and Ivar) (c) vs TBC (Open Challenge)
This is obviously a difficult one to call, what with us not yet knowing The Viking Raiders opponents, but we're going to stick our neck out.
The Viking Raiders are a tough-as-nails, impressive tag team who have survived an odd introduction to the main roster to earn and maintain their status as the top tag team on the show.
But they've let themselves get soft pummelling local boys week after week after week after week.
They've tried to shake themselves out of this rut perhaps with this open challenge, but we think they'll have bitten off more than they can chew.
AOP have a sideline backing up Seth Rollins, but they're also a fearsome tag team in their own right, and every bit as tough and fearless as the Raiders.
We expect Akam and Rezar to answer the challenge, and more than meet it, too.
PREDICTION: AOP (Akam and Rezar)
Bray Wyatt vs The Miz
We were fully expecting The Fiend vs Daniel Bryan II to headline TLC, with a load of cool toys in the ring to maybe even things up for D-Bry.
But Bryan hasn't been seen since he was dragged TO HELL by The Fiend and shorn like a Wyatt Family Sheep.
Maybe he's still there? Maybe he's waiting for his embarrassing 'do to grow out? Either way he's not booked for TLC and in his place is The Miz.
Two striking things to note. First is that the Universal Championship is NOT on the line. The second is that it seems Bray Wyatt will be wrestling, not 'The Fiend'.
So (probably) no red lights, and no belt on the line.
We'd say that gives The Miz a fighting chance, but the last two weeks of WWETV have shown just how in Miz's head (and in his home) Wyatt is.
A Wyatt banker then? Not so fast. We think that Daniel Bryan will have something to say about that, and make a shocking return to set up a Royal Rumble rematch.
PREDICTION: The Miz
Roman Reigns vs King Corbin [Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match]
King Corbin has firmly established himself as the man the WWE Universe love to hate.
And Roman Reigns? His status has changed drastically since his diagnosis with and recovery from leukaemia last year.
Reigns no longer sucks up the boos, though a big part of that may be his lower position on the card, with his being about as far away from the WWE Universal Championship as Corbin is at the moment.
That may all change come the Road to WrestleMania, but for now, both men will want to end 2019 with a statement victory that acts as a springboard for the year ahead.
And with Seth Rollins over as a bad guy on Raw and Dean Ambrose no longer with the company, it looks like Reigns will have to do it alone.
Well, not completely alone. The TLC stipulation means he'll have plenty of Christmas toys to help even things up should Corbin predictably get his pals involved.
And we think that'll help him put this feud to bed with a conclusive victory.
PREDICTION: Roman Reigns
Rusev vs Bobby Lashley (Tables Match)
At last. After weeks (months? YEARS?) of this whole Rusev/Lana/Lashley, it's finally come to this.
A god honest actual WRESTLING MATCH between Rusev and Bobby Lashley.
It's a tables match because er... Rusev and Lana signed their divorce papers on a table or something which sets up the inevitable.
At SOME point Lana is going to be on a table, and Rusev OR Bobby Lashley will sacrifice themselves and lose the match to save her.
Our prediction? Rusev to do The Right Thing and save his estranged wife, setting up both an emotional reunion and another match with Lashley where he and Lana will turn the (ahem) tables.

Aleister Black vs Buddy Murphy
FINALLY someone came knocking for Aleister Black, and what's better is that it was the pure wrestling machine that is Buddy Murphy.
It's taken us a long time to get here, but frankly we're just excited to have Alester back in the ring rather than behind a door.
It won't be easy for Black to make the statement he so clearly needs with a big win at TLC.
From his time in NXT to 205 Live, Buddy Murphy proved that he's got as much self-belief and swagger as he does talent, and he's absolutely no pushover
But, Aleister Black is a pent up ball of aggression who has been waiting for just the right moment to explode.
Here it is, and here's the chance for Aleister to set up 2020 as the year of the Black Mass. We fully expect him to take it.
