Wuhan noodles are back on the menu

Wuhan residents are flocking back to noodle shops

for a steaming hot bowl of the city's signature dish

‘Re gan’ noodles - meaning 'hot' and 'dry' are made with:

curly flour noodles

pickled carrots

sesame paste
