Wreath laying ceremony to honor fallen officers
Sep. 7—The Odessa Police Department will hold a wreath laying ceremony on Friday, September 8, at sunrise (approximately 7:29 a.m.), to pay tribute to Fallen Corporals Arlie Jones and Scott Gardner, who died in the line of duty on September 8, 2007.
The public is invited to attend the wreath laying ceremony. The wreath will be on display from sunrise to sunset and anyone wishing to show their respects is encouraged to visit the memorial during this time.
