Wow, We're Super Surprised by Beatrice and Eugenie's Royal Wedding Outfits

Flash back to 2011 when Princess Eugenie of York and her sis, Princess Beatrice, decided to go *very* bold with their royal outfits and fascinators as they watched their cousin Prince William walk down the aisle to marry Duchess Kate.

This year, the pair—making a grand entrance with dad Prince Andrew—decided to tone it down...a lot. Instead of wearing architectural numbers that were colorful and bright, both opted to take their cue from Jackie O, choosing more of a pillbox style in a muted hue.

We get it: Jackie Kennedy Onassis was kind of the closest America has ever gotten to royalty à la the Brits. Until now. (We’re talking to you, Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex.)

Still, both ladies paid homage but managed to add their own royal flair: Beatrice with sheer sleeves, and Eugenie in a pair of studded Valentino pumps.

Way to keep us guessing, ladies.
