Modi is most followed world leader on Facebook; check out the top 10
With over 40 million followers, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the most followed world leader on Facebook. A Burson-Marsteller study shows that twice as many people follow Modi’s Facebook page as that of the second world leader on the list. As if that were not enough, the third most followed account on Facebook belongs to PMO India, which has over 13 million followers.
Other Indian leaders who are in the top 20 list are President Pranab Mukherjee at number 11 and External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj at number 16.
