Who wore the one-shoulder bathing suit trend better? Hulk Hogan has an opinion.

Hulk Hogan has a sense of style. In fact, the semiretired professional wrestler has something to say about one-shoulder bathing suits.

When Twitter account @break compared a photo of a model wearing a one-piece, one-shoulder bathing suit to a photo of wrestler André the Giant wearing something eerily similar, Hogan felt inclined to give his two cents. “Who wore it better?” the @break post asked. That’s when Hogan chimed in

She wore it better,” Hogan tweets. “[B]ut Andre had a chest 10 times larger than anybody brother.” This is proved by the fact that the suit managed to cover one of Fulton’s breasts, whereas in André’s case, he just couldn’t contain his bulging pecs.

The model in the image is Gabi Fulton, who is photographed wearing a lee + lani swimsuit during Miami Fashion Week 2017. The very similar looking leotard was originally made famous by André the Giant, and is even featured on his action figure. Both pieces expose at least one breast (sometimes both, in André’s case).

“As always, you have the answers,” @break responded. The rest of Hogan’s followers are equally excited by him lending his voice to this sartorial debate. “This is the most blessed tweet to ever be twooted,” wrote another fan. “Valid points raised here, can’t beat the original brother,” praised someone else. “[T]he legend speaks the truth,” said another follower.

Others are agreeing that the late wrestler filled it out better.

This isn’t the first time someone noticed the similarities between the lee + lani swimsuit and André’s uniform. Others are suggesting its potential as an André the Giant Halloween costume. Fulton sees it too.

But this dramatic one-shoulder style is nothing new. Nicki Minaj wore the blazer version of this swimsuit to Paris Fashion Week in March. She sat front row at a show wearing a black one-shoulder blazer from Mugler’s fall 2011 collection. One of her breasts was exposed, but unlike André and Fulton, she covered her nipple with a pasty.

A one-shoulder design doesn’t have to expose more than the shoulder to make a statement. Michelle Obama wore the style endlessly throughout her time in the White House, and has continued to wear it after.

Beyoncé also has a soft spot for the style; she stunned in a red floor-length one-shoulder Lanvin gown at the 2011 Video Music Awards when she was pregnant with Blue Ivy.

And the singer went back to the look for her first postpregnancy red carpet appearance last week. She glowed in a satin emerald gown by Walter Mendez with everything from two slits (one on the leg, the other across the bust) to a one-shouldered detail.

Hogan, any thoughts?
