On Thursday night, Democratic Party presidential candidate Hillary Clinton accepted her party’s nomination. So what were the themes that Clinton frequently mentioned during her address?
Clinton spoke for about one hour in Philadelphia. She started her speech by mentioning the Founders, who met in Philadelphia to draft the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.

“We’ve come to Philadelphia – the birthplace of our nation – because what happened in this city 240 years ago still has something to teach us today,” she said at the speech’s opening.
The Democratic candidate, as expected, attacked opponent Donald Trump and stressed themes in the Democratic platform, including the Democrats’ desire to overturn the Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision.
The words mentioned most often in Clinton’s speech were Working, People, and America, followed by Country, Trump, Believe and President.
In 2012, the words most used in President Obama’s acceptance speech were America, Work, Country and Hope.
