Dancing Without Sin Fitness
Get moving with Dancing Without Sin Fitness in Fayetteville, a budget-friendly dance workout where participants dance, lunge and squat to gospel, Christian hip hop, R&B and Afro music play.
Instructor Stephanie Kegler teaches classes at 5:45 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at Massey Hill Recreation Center & Park, 1612 Camden Road, where the drop-in class fee is $5. Kegler also teaches Saturday at Pine Forest Recreation Center, 6901 Ramsey St., where the first class is free, and the subsequent class fee is $8.
Kegler also owns a studio at 208 Campbell Ave., which can be rented out for special events.
