Woman killed, one injured in Florence motorcycle crash

LAUDERDALE COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) – A woman died in a single-vehicle motorcycle accident Saturday night, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

ALEA said the accident happened on Lauderdale County Road 19 near Kimbrough Lane around 6:15 p.m. Saturday.

One arrested after fight leads to shooting in Decatur

Tammie J. Ivy, 54, of Florence, was killed when the motorcycle she was driving veered off the road, hitting a ditch and a tree.

A passenger was injured and airlifted to Huntsville Hospital.
