Woman fatally shot during street fight was pregnant, reports show

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The two arrested after a street fight turned deadly less than two weeks ago appeared in court Monday morning.

WREG obtained a video that showed the street brawl along Quinn Avenue in South Memphis. A pregnant woman, Tamara Plummer, was shot and killed, with three others injured.

The deceased victim’s own daughter, Destiney Plummer, 20, is one of the two charged, but she did not go before the judge. However, the person charged with the murder, Je’On Davis faced the judge and the victim’s family.

But things became uneasy when the loved ones of Tamara were unable to control their emotions.
