According to court documents, security video shows Fletcher looking into his neighbors home, at night.

In one video, you can see a man walking down steps, he stops, bends over and begins staring into the home.

“I was sitting on the couch right there and we had our cameras setup,” said a woman who lives inside the home and wants to remain anonymous.

A security system notification alerted the woman on her cellphone.

“The second I got the notification I opened it up and I look and I’m watching him watch me. Call my roommate and I’m like come upstairs right now. We just turned the lights on and he ran and we called the cops.”

According to the warrant, Fletcher showed back up to the home. You can him walk down the back deck steps, pull his phone out and turn the flashlight on.

In another clip, Fletcher walks up the deck st4eps that lead to the upper level of the home, where the living room is located.

“He took that chair and set it in front of the door as if he was sitting in and looking but because of the time stamp on the video we could see that he just set the chair and then went around and stared and watched,” that’s what the victim says Fletcher did when he was caught on security cameras the first time.

The victim says Fletcher has showed up to the home, several times in the past. But he was only captured on security cameras twice, when they were working .

“Each time it’s been something different whether it’s unscrewing light bulbs taking screens off of doors or just juggling door handles it seems like he’s showing us he can get inside but he hasn’t. It’s very unnerving because there’s no telling how far he would go. And it’s just weird creepy things that seems like it could build to something else.”
