Woman dies after Perry County house fire

PENN TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM) — A woman has died after a fire broke out at a home in Penn Township, Perry County on Monday morning, April 29.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, crews responded just after midnight to the 200 block of Railroad Street.

According to the Perry County Coroner, the victim was identified Rebecca Kinsey.

The official cause of death is pending an autopsy scheduled for Tuesday, April 30. The coroner says the death is not considered suspicious.

Pennsylvania State Police Newport and the State Police Fire Marshal Unit are investigating.
