WisDOT revokes four wholesale dealer licenses after failing to follow requirements

(WFRV) – Four wholesale dealers in Wisconsin have had their licenses revoked for failing to follow administrative requirements.

According to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT), E and M Auto Group, All Star’s Auto Sales, and OAS Auto Group in Elkhorn violated state law when they sold motor vehicles directly to consumers, rolled back odometers on vehicles, and falsified title documents when selling vehicles to customers. Additionally, Highend Autos in Arlington was booked for the same violations.

Due to the nature of the violations, the department took immediate action, revoking the licenses effective March 15, 2024.

A WisDOT hearing on April 12, 2024, upheld the decision to revoke the licenses. The dealers were given 30 days to appeal a revocation, which none of them did, making the decision final.
