Whole Foods Is Selling Wylie Dufresne's Du's Donuts

Whole Foods is already where you go to get your fresh kale, bottles of kombucha, and dozens of other items that help you keep yourself healthy. But hey, it's a grocery store and, like any other grocery store, it has products to let you indulge a little as well. Now a few lucky locations are offering up a new way to do just that. Whole Foods stores in New York City are carrying an array of Chef Wylie Dufresne's Du's Donuts products.

The Bryant Park, Columbus Circle, Houston, and Tribeca locations in Manhattan, as well as the locations at 3rd Street & 3rd Avenue and in Williamsburg (the neighborhood home to the original Du's Donuts shop) in Brooklyn started carrying the doughnuts over the weekend in the cafe and bakery departments. Flavors on hand for spring include Blueberry Crumble, Chocolate Caramel Brownie, Vanilla, Peanut Butter Banana, Oatmeal Chai, and Piña Colada, and new flavors can be expected to rotate in, according to information provided to Food & Wine. But if your local, NYC Whole Foods isn't listed above, don't despair: Full-size and mini Du's Donuts are slated to hit all Big Apple stores by the end of the month.

The mini-donuts will sell for $1.50 each, $7.50 for six, and $15 per dozen. (We've reached out for the pricing on the full-size doughnuts and will update this article with the information once provided.)
