The White Lotus stars Meghann Fahy and Leo Woodall have sparked romance rumours, after sharing a kiss in New York.

The pair starred in the second season of the hit HBO drama as unhappy housewife Daphne, and the enigmatic Jack — who was hired to distract Portia (Haley Lu Richardson), while Greg (Jon Gries) tried to steal wife Tanya's (Jennifer Coolidge) fortune.

Unlike their characters, who didn't interact in Sicily, Fahy and Woodall People shared candid photos of the two kissing earlier this week (November 21) while taking a stroll on the streets of New York City.

Their romance comes more than a year after rumours of their relationship began after Woodall posted a collection of behind-the-scenes snaps to Instagram.

Captioning the post: "That's amore," co-star Fahy commented, "I love you! I love these! I love you!" alongside a kiss and heart emoji.

The Bold Type actress later appeared on US talk show Watch What Happens Live, where she teased her relationship status with host Andy Cohen.

"Oh, I don't kiss and tell. Come on, guys... For you, I'll say sure. I'm just kidding, just because you wanted me to say it, so I said it," she said, before adding: "We're friends."

Ahead of the co-stars' relationship news, The White Lotus creator Mike White recently provided an update on the show's highly-anticipated third season. The latest instalment of the acclaimed anthology series was confirmed to have pushed its release date to 2025, as a result of the SAG-AFTRA strike.

"I'm finishing [the] scripts [and] still waiting to be able to cast," White told Entertainment Weekly, prior to the resolution of the months-long picketing. "I'm more than eager to get going. It's going to be supersized. It's going to be longer, bigger crazier."

He concluded: "I don't know what people will think, but I am super excited, so at least for my own barometer, that's a good thing — I'm super excited about the content of the season."

The White Lotus airs on HBO Max in the US, and on Sky Atlantic, Sky Go and NOW in the UK.
