What's new: Zaxby's coming to Pendleton, Crumbl Cookie and Tractor Supply open in Anderson

A Tractor Supply Company and a Crumbl Cookie opened in Anderson last week while another business is a ways from coming to fruition, Zaxby's.

Zaxby's will be coming to Pendleton

The Town of Pendleton received a building permit to begin construction on a Zaxby's on Highway 76 at Trade Street across from Tiger Express Car Wash, the Town of Pendleton Municipal Complex posted on its Facebook page.

Crumbl Cookies opened in Anderson

Crumbl Cookies held a soft opening at the Anderson location at 3501 Clemson Blvd. Thursday in a space that was formerly a CBD store.

Jack and Sharon Colker were visiting their son in Dallas when they first walked into a Crumbl Cookies store.

Jack Colker was impressed with the experience and decided he'd like owning one. It is the couple's first business and they're excited to see a store like this in Anderson.

"We're most excited because we've seen the impact Crumbl has in the communities it's at," Colker said.

The cookie business has a rotating menu each week featuring four to five flavors but their best-seller, a chocolate chip cookie, is always available.

This location will be the state's seventh and the first for Anderson County.

Tractor Supply Company opened June 18

A new Tractor Supply Store on State Highway 28 bypass near State Highway 81 South opened recently.
A new Tractor Supply Store on State Highway 28 bypass near State Highway 81 South opened recently.

Tractor Supply Company opened its Anderson location, June 18. The store provides a variety of supplies from animal feed to propane to fencing.

“At Tractor Supply, we understand the value of providing essential needs like pet food, animal feed and home supplies to our customers in the Anderson community,” said Mark Demers, manager of the Anderson Tractor Supply store, in a press release.

“Our team members live the same lifestyle as our customers, and we’re excited to supply them with the tools, information and resources they need to live life on their own terms.”

The Anderson Tractor Supply store at 255 Highway 28 BYP will be open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.
