Beer: Back To Earth Czech Pilsner 5.2%

Release Date Wednesday, December 1, 2021

What's the deal?

We like to keep ourselves grounded here, with the constant evolution of modern beer, by returning to more classical styles. Back to Earth is a Czech Pilsner brewed in the traditional sense. The aroma is full of rich complex malt notes, backed up with floral and spice notes from the Saaz hops. There are vibrant malt flavors, balanced with a soft bitterness. This beer is super clean and crisp on the finish and brings you back for more sips. We love this style for its complexity and depth, while still being incredibly refreshing. We could crush this one all day, and them's the facts.

Beer: Cowboy Bebop Best Bitter 4.4%

Release Date Wednesday, December 1, 2021

What's the deal?

When we got together with our good friends at Good Word Brewing out of Duluth, Georgia, we knew we wanted to brew a more traditional English beer. They've been absolutely crushing it with low abv, highly drinkable beer styles for quite some time now, and we wanted to get in on the fun with them. We brewed up Cowboy Bebop, a best bitter. A beautiful, copper color on the pour, this beer packs a rich bready aroma. There is a moderate bitterness present, but it never pulls away from the malt profile or esters in the flavor. The body is medium-light with a somewhat low carbonation, to allow for maximum drinkability. We're excited to bring you this beer and to be able to brew with such an incredible group of people at Good Word Brewing.

What's the deal?

Oh hey! Hey Darlin! Darlin Clementine that is. Welcoming back an Attaboy fave, this beer is the meeting point of two of our go-to styles: New England IPA and a Session IPA. It's full on Sunny D with that juicy clementine orange goodness, passionfruit, and a hint of pine finish. Oats and wheat give it that nice round, super soft NEIPA mouthfeel, but it finishes clean and crisp like a session IPA. At 5.7%, this is our December beer.
