Last Ever Classic Shelby GT350 Headed for Auction

Jeff Perez

This is the very yellow, very last classic Shelby GT350 ever made. And it could be yours, as it gets ready to go under the hammer at the RM Auctions block come mid-August for an estimated $200- and $250,000. That’s a lot of pony.

Draped in a signature Grabber Yellow paint scheme and black Shelby stripes, this classic GT350 was restored by renowned Shelby enthusiast Ed Meyer back in 2006 at the request of then owner.

With only 27,000 original miles on the odometer, the updated 5.7-liter, 290-hp V8 is said to still run like new. Also considering the documentation associated with the pony car is all still in tact, it makes for one truly desirable piece of Americana.

You can hop on over to RM Auctions Monterey come August 16th-17th and take a shot at owning a piece of Mustang history for yourself.
