Wayne County man charged with posting sex video on Instagram

Jun. 20—State police at Blooming Groove charged a Waymart man with putting a nude video on Instagram of a 17-year-old girl performing a sex act.

Collin James Heenan, 22, is charged with possession of child pornography/dissemination of photo/video of child sexual acts, dissemination of explicit sexual materials to minors, corruption of minors and unlawful contact with minors.

The incident, which happened in Pike County, was reported May 2 by a 16-year-old girl, who saw the video on Instagram.

Heenan eventually posted $5,000 bail and was released.
