HANOVER, Pa. (WHTM) — Earlier today it was announced that a plot of land in Hanover, York County was purchased with plans of building a new Wawa.

According to TRUE Commercial Real Estate, Paramount Realty officially purchased a 2.174-acre plot at 1007 Baltimore Street, formerly a Pine Creek Structures location.

This Week in Pennsylvania

TRUE Commercial Real Estate says that Wawa is proposing the construction of a 5,500-square-foot facility with eight gasoline pumps and 54 parking spaces.

The site of this property is located in Penn Township at the corner of Baltimore Street and PA Route 94 and Clover Lane. The site is also situated directly in front of the Penn Plaza.
