The Golden State Warriors and their fans will celebrate their 2017 NBA Finals victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers — their second NBA championship in the last three seasons, capping a 16-1 romp through the postseason that stands as the most dominant playoff run ever — with a parade and rally in downtown Oakland on Thursday.
