Watch: Obama Announces Jack Lew as Treasury Secretary

Will there be jokes? Remarks about his squiggly autograph? Signals about the looming deficit fight, from which Timothy Geithner is backing out? President Obama is about to appear with his chief of staff at the White House to formally announce his promotion to Treasury Secretary. After word got out of the appointment Wednesday, Republicans began their opposition campaign. But let's not get ahead of ourselves.
