Before she and President Obama exited the White House, First Lady Michelle Obama took the time to appear on MasterChef Junior, and freak out an entire room full of adorable kids. The episode, which aired Thursday night, centered around one of her main issues - healthy eating - and ended with the challenge winner meeting her in person.

During the episode, host Gordon Ramsay calls the emergency red phone and asks for "the real boss of the house." As soon as Michelle showed up on screen, the contestants started screaming, jumping up and down. "I'm, like, about to die, RIP me, oh my God," Jasmine said. "Michelle Obama is a wonder woman and I look up to her so much. She is my idol."

The then-first lady introduced the week's Mystery Box challenge, which was inspired by the White House kitchen garden. The challenge was to come up with an original recipe that follows the government's "My Plate" plan, which focuses on healthy eating with half the plate consisting of fruits and vegetables. That didn't make one kid too happy. "Michelle Obama wants me to cook vegetables," Donovan said. "Not happening. I don't like vegetables. They're evil."

Eleven-year-old Justise ended up winning the challenge, and got to visit the White House last summer for the Obamas' final kids' state dinner. And she got to sit down with Michelle Obama, who gave her some amazing advice. "There's nothing more important you can do for yourself than to get an education. Doing your best not just in the kitchen, but you gotta be your best in the classroom," the first lady said.
