Island Lake Police search for woman caught on video damaging department lobby

MCHENRY COUNTY, Ill. — Island Lake Police are asking for help identifying the woman who damaged the department’s lobby Tuesday morning in McHenry County.

The police department posted a video of the damage on their Facebook page.

According to the Island Lake Police Department, the woman arrived at the department building in the 3700 block of Greenleaf Avenue around 3:41 a.m.

Police said she arrived to the building in a dark-colored, possibly red or maroon sedan and caused damage to the lobby.

The reason for the damage is unknown.
