Pusha T keeps making moves.
The newly appointed president of G.O.O.D. Music stopped by Harvard University this afternoon and gave a lecture about his role in hip-hop and desire to inspire future generations looking to pursue the craft. “I feel like it’s my job and my duty to help uplift the new creatives coming in,” he said.
A student attending the lecture quoted Pusha as saying, “Lyric-driven rap will never go out of style.”
Pusha T uploaded a clip to Instagram (see below) of a professor quoting his “I philosophize about glocks and ki’s, ni**as call me young black Socrates” line from the 2006 Clipse song “Momma I’m So Sorry” and added, “It was an amazing experience hearing a Harvard professor recite my lyrics at this lecture ✍
thanks for having me.”
