Watch this Florida hero pull a full-grown alligator out of a suburban sewer
It's always cool and super chill to find out there's a 9-foot alligator just living in the sewers of your suburb. It definitely doesn't sound like the first act of a Syfy movie or a shelved Stephen King novel. The schools in the area are so great!
According to Storyful, Floridian John Ruel was walking his dog when he noticed the massive gator sticking out of the sewer. As you do, because you have eyes.
Ruel called animal control and filmed as the trapper wrangled the alligator out of the sewer. He was assured that the gator was not going to be euthanized.
May his next sewer be more welcoming—so welcoming that our alligator friend doesn't emerge.
