WATCH: Amy Schumer Refuses to Reveal the Likelihood of Inside Amy Schumer's Return

Inside Amy Schumer fans, don't hold out much hope for season five.

Though Amy Schumer previously clarified that her Comedy Central show had not been canceled, she has yet to reveal when her Emmy and Peabody award winning program would return, if ever.

And on Monday's Watch What Happens Live episode, Schumer refused to comment on the possibilities of Inside Amy Schumer's forthcoming fifth season.

"On a scale of one to ten, what is the actual likelihood of a fifth and final season of the show?" host Andy Cohen asked for his first question during a game of Plead the Fifth. Though Schumer attempted to answer, she ultimately declined. "I'm gonna take a number five on the scale and pleading the fifth!" she said.





In August, the 35-year-old tweeted that the show was "not cancelled," but season five isn't in the "foreseeable future." That same month, Schumer explained to Charlie Rose that she had "no plans for the TV show to come back."

Amid the hiatus news, one of Inside Amy Schumer's writers Kurt Metzger made some controversial comments about rape. The 39-year-old criticized women who claim to have been raped but do not report it to the police In a now-deleted Facebook post.
