Warner Bros. really wants to make sure that you know that the 3D film version of “The Great Gatsby,” starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Carey Mulligan and Tobey Maguire, is coming out soon.
In addition to a deluge of promotional photos and a week’s worth of cast interviews on “Good Morning America,” the media blitz includes the release of a few songs from the movie soundtrack and seven clips from the film.
From the looks of things, Baz Luhrmann’s take on the classic American novel is going to be just as ridiculous and campy as “Moulin Rouge” and as depressing as “Romeo and Juliet.”
“The Great Gatsby” comes out May 10, and you’ll be hearing about it for the next two weeks.
