Warm and muggy with a few showers this weekend

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — It is a warm and muggy start to the weekend and it will be toasty in the afternoons. Temperatures warm to near 90 degrees today with feels like temperatures between 91 degrees and 95 degrees.

Rain chances will increase to a 30% this evening for showers after 5 pm, mainly east of I-75.

Temperatures start in the low 70s Sunday morning and warm into the upper 80s Sunday afternoon. Feels like temperatures will be in the low 90s.

Rain chances will be a bit higher at 40% Sunday evening with a little more moisture around. The best chance will be along and east of I-75.

Temperatures get even warmer heading into the work with while rain chances come down. High pressure will build over the area bringing mainly dry and hot conditions Tuesday through Friday.

A late-season weak cold front tries to approach next weekend bringing back rain chances and possibly a slight cool down with a break in the humidity.
