Wanted Painted Post man arrested following car crash

PAINTED POST, N.Y. (WETM) – A Painted Post man has been arrested after a single-vehicle crash that occurred on April 22.

According to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office, Erik G. Miller, 37, was arrested on Monday following the crash, as it is alleged that he was found to be wanted due to an active arrest warrant from an incident that occurred back in February in Painted Post.

Addison felon arrested on illegal weapons charges

Miller was taken into custody and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree, a class E felony, and criminal obstruction of breathing.

He was summonsed to Centralized Arraignment Court and returned to the Steuben County Jail.
