The Walking Dead Season 7 Premiere Poll: Who Do You Hope Negan Kills?
We already know that the Season 7 premiere of AMC’s The Walking Dead (9/8c, Sunday) is gonna wreck us. Not only did Norman Reedus warn TVLine that it was “overwhelming” but showrunner Scott Gimple promised threatened that his team had “spared no drop of awfulness” in depicting Negan’s brutal murder of one of our heroes. So yeah, we know. This is gonna hurt. A lot.

But, being so keenly aware of that fact, it got us thinking: What could make it hurt less? If somebody has to get up-close and personal with Lucille — and there’s no way around that, the Season 6 finale made clear — who would you… if not want the victim to be, least hate for it to be?
Obviously, we’d be as hard hit as the casualty if a long-running character like Daryl or Michonne were to meet their maker. But how many viewers would really lose any sleep over the demise of a relatively new, comparably minor player like, say, Aaron or Rosita?
