West Virginia gasoline prices down 4 cents per gallon to average $3.61

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) -- Motorists in West Virginia are getting a break from price increases at the pump.

AAA East Central says the average price for a gallon of unleaded gasoline fell 4 cents in the past week to a statewide average of $3.61. That's 10 cents less than the same week a year ago

Ohio is the only other state in which the price of gasoline fell.

Prices in West Virginia range from $3.69 in Huntington to $3.56 in Morgantown.

Nationally, gas prices average $3.58, up 6 cents from a week ago.
