Vuelta a Espana 2017: Remaining riders

As with all WorldTour races, each of the 18 teams that make up the top-flight of professional cycling receive an invite and in the case of the Vuelta a España, all teams are contracted to race.

In addition to the WorldTour teams, race organisers Unipublic and the Amaury Sport Organisation handed wildcard spots to Aqua Blue Sport, Caja Rural–Seguros RGA, Cofidis Solutions Crédits and Manzana Postobón. Of the 22 teams starting the 72nd edition of the Vuelta just two– Caja Rural–Seguros RGA and Movistar– are Spanish.

You can find below the provisional line-ups of riders that will contest the third and final grand tour of the season, the 3,324.1 kilometre – or 2,065 miles – race from Nîmes, France, where the race gets under way on Aug 19 to Madrid just over three weeks later on Sept 10. As with all races, the line-ups are subject to change and Telegraph Sport will endeavour to keep all the information as up-to-date as possible.
