With this being an election year, Harris and President Joe Biden are highlighting several issues.

Earlier this year Harris was in Charlotte at an elementary school to discuss child mental health. Last week in Raleigh, both visited the state to address healthcare. They also visited an area known as ‘Black Wall Street’ in Durham to discuss the support of small businesses.
