Virginia State Police: Motorcyclist dead after crash in Arlington

ARLINGTON, Va. (DC News Now) — Virginia State Police (VSP) said that a motorcyclist died after a crash in Arlington County on Thursday afternoon.

VSP said that troopers responded to the crash around 4:50 p.m.

Police said the motorcyclist was driving north on I-395 when they left the road near exit 8, hitting the guardrail. The rider was thrown from the bike.

Police said that the motorcyclist died there.

Planes almost collide at Reagan National Airport; FAA investigating

The motorcycle was the only vehicle involved in the crash.

VSP was still investigating as of Thursday evening.
