Workers Injured In Train Collision Consider Suing Metro North

Metro-North workers hurt in last week`s train derailment are reportedly considering filing lawsuits. Two engineers and five other workers have reportedly hired attorney George Cahill. The lawsuit would argue that poor track repairs and inspections, combined with engineering problems in the fleet of new m-8 cars could have caused the accident. The National Transportation Safety Board is working to determine the cause of the accident in Bridgpeort that injured 76 people.
