The wife of a retired attorney who died after a package exploded in the couple's rural Tennessee home has succumbed to her injuries, authorities said Thursday. (Feb. 13)
Larry: "Olango arrived in the U.S. years ago as a refugee from Uganda. Since then he ran afoul of the law several times: selling cocaine, driving drunk, and illegally possessing a 9mm semi-automatic handgun when he was arrested in Colorado in 2005 with pot and ecstasy in his car, according to court records. He pleaded guilty in federal court and was sentenced to nearly four years for being a felon in possession of a gun." Why couldn't he be returned? Put a parachute on him rigged for a static line, hand cuff him and drop him out over a populated area in his home country (in this case Uganda; it could work for anyone from anywhere).
