Do the benefits decrease & then does supplemental medical insurance payments increase to make up for the loss of benefits of Medicare. What is considered the income that is required to be rich & part of the 1% who would pay their fair share. Will everyone of the 57% of the citizens now paying taxes have a tax increase to pay for the new programs. (Don't know if 57% or 67% is the correct number of people paying taxes.
