WI fines parents for bully kids
Parents in a suburb of Madison, Wisconsin will get tickets and be fined if their kids won`t stop bullying other kids. Parents will get a letter letting them know they have a problem child. If the bad behavior happens again within 90 days, parents can be fined $114. If the kid keeps on the fine just keeps on going up. It covers cyber bullying too. The city`s police chief says the fine is meant as a wakeup call for parents who stand by and do nothing when they`re told their child is causing problems.
