Why Did A Judge Reduce Bail For Man Accused Of Shooting Ex-Wife?

A judge reduced the bond for a man accused of shooting his ex-wife multiple times outside a day care. Christopher Justice was being held on $100,000 bond, but that has been reduced to $25,000. The ruling came during a bond hearing Thursday morning. The court also ordered Justice to surrender his military passport and all weapons to his attorney. Once he posts bail, he`ll be on house arrest and have to wear a GPS device.
