UN warn of genocide risk in Central African Republic

The UN has warned that the Central African Republic is at risk of spiraling into genocide. Senior officials say the international community must intervene to stop armed groups from inciting violence between Christians and Muslims. According to UNHCR: “Earlier this year, militiamen attacked villages in northwest Central African Republic, causing hundreds of people to flee to the bush."
