University of Hawaii at Manoa returned $32 million to the National Institute of Health. The school hopes to use the remaining $15 million in state money to renovate and repair Snyder Hall, the school's science laboratory.
BenG: The U.N. is concerned of the Duterte's actions, but nobody has mentioned the thousand of killings due to drugs and drug dealing in Philippine. It will be nice if ALL THE SELLERS AND DEALERS ARE TAKEN OUT from the streets. And if Europe and the US is so concerned about human rights...a practical solution is to allow all the #$%$ in Philippine to go Europe so they can sell drugs there with impunity. After all they allowed more than one million people to go there without investigation... with a lot of terrorists among them.
