President-elect Donald J. Trump is set to name Andrew Puzder, CEO of the company that operates Carl's Jr. and Hardee's restaurants, to be his secretary of labor. Puzder is a vocal critic of the Affordable Care Act and has spoken out against raising the minimum wage. His companies are also known for ads featuring scantily clad women eating hamburgers. Puzder has described the ads as "very American."
